Title: Debussy Preludes
Client:
 Australian National Academy of Music
Tutors: John Lycette, Brendan Harwood

Brief: The Australian National Academy of Music proposed a collaborative project between ANAM and RMIT Animation students to create works in remembrance of the centenary of Debussy’s death. ANAM students performed original recordings of Debussy’s work and students responded with animated visuals.

This ANAM blog post explores the concept further.
The Mendelssohn video is an exquisite corpse animation production made as part of the Debussy project as an exploration of collaboration and methodology techniques.

This studio was delivered as part of the AIM Studio 4 course within the Bachelor of Design (Animation) at RMIT University.
